How is my meat parcel kept chilled for the whole time it takes to get to my door?
In order to ensure maximum freshness, all Seaside Meat products are packed with Thermoguard reusable gel ice packs in a sealed, insulated cooler.

If you ran out of a particular product due to demand, and in my order I brought some, what happens?
Should this happen, we will do what we can to help you out and will call you to arrange a replacement or defer delivery.

I work all day and would like to have my order sent to my office. Is that possible?
Yes absolutely! Just put the address of your office when placing your order and it will get delivered there. If you have any special delivery requirements, include these in the delivery instructions once at the checkout.

How long will it take for my order to get to me?
Seaside Meats use a next day delivery service unless otherwise requested. Orders are to be received by 1pm the day before you would like your product to arrive. Click here to read more about Seaside Meats delivery

Can I place my order a few days ahead of when I want it delivered?
Yes feel free to place your order a few days or even a week ahead.

What if I want to place an order then collect it rather than have it delivered?
That is no problem, place order as usual then on the payment page, click "collect order from shop", and in the comments box just let us know when you will be collecting it so we can make sure your order is ready for you.
